Here is a look at the residential real estate sales on Pender Island over the last few years. It is broken down by month so you can see the seasonal patterns for sales activity. I have highlighted the month in each year that has the highest amount of sales in that year.
It should be mentioned that these stats are taken and considered "sold" once the offer becomes unconditional (when all subjects have been removed). I find this to be the most accurate time frame to work with. Typically the offer would have come in a couple weeks before this date. The time an offer is accepted until the transaction is completed is on average about 4 weeks or more.
